We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at Northeast Healthcare Recruitment. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional primary care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct office visits for routine and acute issues, and home visits as needed
- Administer Annual wellness visits and health risk assessments
- Care coordination with other providers, specialists, testing facilities, and agencies
- Population health leadership, in coordination with the Care Team
- Assisting the care team with phone triage and outreach
- Educating patients on their health conditions, care plans, and treatments
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary (Ranges from $215,000 - $275,000 based on experience and location) with quarterly bonus based on quality metrics
- 6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of vacation, sick time, major holidays, and continuing medical education (CME)
- Tuition reimbursement
- $5,000 CME Stipend
- Provided Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance
- 401K investment, up to 4% company match, vested immediately
- Provided Medical Malpractice Insurance
- Relocation package on a case-by-case basis
Required Qualifications:
- National certification in at least one of the following specialties: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, non-probationary state physician License
- 1+ year direct primary care experience as a Physician
- Active DEA license
