The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, zoning, subdivision, and land development ordinances, as well as experience in designing and drafting feasibility sketches, site designs, and construction drawings. They will also be able to prepare comprehensive site design and detailed drawings for civil-related improvements, covering site layout, grading, sanitary and utility layout, landscape plans, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining clients' project requirements and goals, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and regulations. They will also coordinate civil design plans with input from other project disciplines and assist in the preparation of Stormwater Management, Erosion Control, and other design calculations and reports.
