Job Summary:

The Electrical Foreman is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all phases of electrical system installation, maintenance, and repair in new or remodeled facilities. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure high-quality work and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily activities for a crew of workers
  • Monitor quality control of work in place by craft workers
  • Order and coordinate delivery of necessary materials
  • Comply with all documentation requirements and fill out project-related reports
  • Coordinate equipment needs and ensure operators are qualified
  • Support jobsite Superintendent to coordinate activities of individual projects
  • Implement better methods of production to strengthen best practices

Requirements:

  • 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • NCCER Certification/License (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical foreman role
