Job Summary:

Northside Hospital Cherokee is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our Outpatient Radiology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform MRI scans on patients, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Prepare and position patients for scans, taking into account their comfort and safety.
  • Operate MRI equipment, maintaining a high level of technical proficiency.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient scans and procedures.

Requirements:

  • AHA BLS Certification and ARRT Certification are required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MRI technology, preferably in an outpatient radiology setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Schedule:

This is a 13-week contract position, working Friday to Monday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
