About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a fast-paced environment, providing specialized care to patients with renal failure. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients, developing care plans, and implementing treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies to provide evidence-based care.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Experience in intensive care, critical care, emergency room, or medical surgical settings is preferred.
