Carpentry Specialist

DC Builders is seeking a skilled Carpenter/Framer to join our team of experienced professionals. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality custom framing, exposed post and beam installation, siding, and tongue and groove installation on a variety of unique projects.

• Perform rough and finished carpentry work on custom homes, barns, arenas, and other structures.
• Travel to project sites, both locally and out-of-state, for extended periods (2-3 weeks) to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with our design/build team to bring innovative and high-end construction projects to life.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's quality standards and adhere to them in all aspects of your work.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to meet deadlines.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on custom framing and exposed post and beam installation.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
