We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff RN to join our team at WellStar Kennestone Hospital. As a Charge Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the daily activities of the unit on an assigned shift to ensure the successful and safe delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee the daily activities of the unit on an assigned shift
  • Assure the successful and safe delivery of care
  • Take modified patient care assignments as needed
  • Participate in interdisciplinary communication and regular interdisciplinary planning/rounds
  • Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing
  • Minimum 1 year nursing experience required
  • Experience as relief charge with clinical expertise preferred
