Job Overview

MMS Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team at a 200-unit residential property in Hermitage, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle turnover of empty units, including repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Use basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills to respond to tenant maintenance requests
  • Install tile and laminate flooring
  • Assist in maintaining walkways and parking lot in the winter
  • Participate in the on-call rotation schedule and respond to maintenance emergency calls
  • Report all issues to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and current vehicle registration
  • Possession of basic tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying
