We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our Origination Team to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving business growth and loyalty.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and systems, enabling you to provide accurate and timely support to customers.
  • Interact with customers to resolve orders and documentation issues, ensuring seamless logistics from origin to destination.
  • Process invoices and monitor accounts receivable, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Review daily reports to ensure accuracy and balance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Research and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as required.
  • Cross-train on all CSR responsibilities, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our operations and services.
Requirements
  • A customer-centric approach, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and perform consistently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn web-based and other computer applications as needed.
  • Experience using internal systems is preferred, but not required.
  • Associate's degree or previous customer support experience is preferred, but not required.
