Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Alivation Health, LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Integrated Health Center in Lincoln, NE.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented LPN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians with patient visits, including rooming and interviewing patients, recording vital signs, and entering information in patient electronic medical records.
  • Administer and document medication under physician's orders.
  • Confer with families, agencies, and pharmacies regarding patient care.
  • Organize exam rooms, including general cleaning, upkeep, and re-stocking of supplies.
  • Provide medication education to patients regarding medication effects and side effects.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • State of Nebraska Current Nursing License (in good standing).
  • CPR Certification (preferred).
  • Proficient in Phlebotomy & Injection Skills.
  • Proficient Medical Terminology.
  • Familiar with EMR Systems.
