Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough health assessments and provide evidence-based care to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with school staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Participate in outreach efforts to promote health and wellness in the community.
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the expanded role in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of three years' experience in school nursing or a related field.
- Certification in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and first aid from a recognized provider.
- Ability to maintain certification in school health and school nursing practice.
