Job Title: Travel CT Technologist

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in North Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to support our healthcare team in Boone, North Carolina. As a Travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) scanners. Your expertise will be essential in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using CT scanners to produce high-quality images for medical diagnosis.
  • Operate CT scanners and other medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field.
  • Current certification in CT and Diagnostic Imaging.
  • 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically Epic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
