  • Seasonal Youth Basketball Instructor Role

We are looking for a passionate individual to take on the role of Seasonal Youth Basketball Instructor. This position focuses on guiding young participants aged 12-18 in developing their basketball abilities, organizing engaging activities, and ensuring a rewarding experience for all attendees. The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for basketball, experience in youth mentorship, and a dedication to creating a safe and encouraging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instruct and assess participants in basketball skills and strategies.
  • Officiate games to maintain fairness and sportsmanship.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff to enhance participant well-being.
  • Exhibit leadership both on and off the court.
  • Assist with general camp operations to uphold a positive environment.
  • Verify that all participants have the required documentation before engaging in activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in basketball with coaching proficiency.
  • Prior experience working with youth.
