Job Overview

As an Adjunct Faculty Member, you will play a vital role in teaching, discovering, creating, and reporting knowledge to students in the CECH, School of Education. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the academic community and shape the minds of future professionals.

Essential Functions
  • Teach assigned undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses and seminars on a part-time basis.
  • May serve as an academic adviser for students and evaluate student coursework.
  • Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of your responsibilities.
  • Review and respond to all University-related communications in a timely manner.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements

Academic degree in an appropriate discipline and prior teaching experience are required.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex material to students unfamiliar with a subject.

Ability to work and collaborate with individuals from a variety of culturally diverse backgrounds.
