We are seeking a School Psychologist to join our team in Gray. This part-time opportunity requires a minimum of 1+ years of school psychology experience.

Overview

ProCare Therapy is committed to providing comprehensive psychological services that promote student success and development of positive learning environments.

This position offers flexible scheduling with 20 hours per week, starting in January 2025, and concluding in May 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to inform individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Develop and implement effective IEPs to support students' academic and behavioral growth.
  • Provide counseling and support to students and their families, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school personnel to enhance student outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings, offering guidance on academic and behavioral interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation, ensuring seamless communication.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with others and independently is crucial.
  • Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to school psychology is necessary.
