We are seeking a friendly and efficient individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Salary: $38,000 - $58,000 per year

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for them. You will work closely with other hotel staff to ensure that our guests receive excellent service and have a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes, guest registration, and room assignments.
• Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure that our guests receive excellent service and have a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• High level of IT proficiency.
• Able to speak and understand Spanish.
