Job Summary

C Schnell Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a clean and safe environment for guests by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel.
  • Proactively maintain assigned areas and equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance.
  • Clean and maintain common areas of the property, including public spaces and guest rooms.
  • Deep clean assigned areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, including amenities and services.
  • Clean and set up meeting room functions to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Deliver service items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.
  • Assist with guest luggage when required, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
  • Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner, using supplies efficiently and effectively.
  • Report all safety, maintenance, and housekeeping concerns to management, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Attend and participate in all mandatory trainings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Be flexible with schedule and assignments, adapting to changing priorities and needs.
  • Maintain effective performance under pressure, working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow proper procedures for lost and found items, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Follow guest safety procedures, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our guests.
  • Follow guest requests, including do not disturb signs, changes of linen or terry, and other special requests.
  • Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete assignments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • May perform similar duties as requested by supervisor, adapting to changing priorities and needs.
Requirements
  • Good customer service skills, with a focus on providing excellent service to our guests.
  • Ability to work independently and with others, as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to give and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Ability to frequently lift/carry up to 15 lbs., and occasionally lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Displays good initiative, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
