Job Overview

Tri-M Group is seeking a skilled Utility Lineperson Apprentice to join our team. As a key member of our electrical services team, you will assist in the installation of underground and overhead electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation of overhead and underground distribution support systems.
  • Help with the installation of aerial wire systems.
  • Support the installation of substation systems.
  • Assist with the installation of underground raceway systems.
  • Help with the installation of underground wire systems.
  • Set up line equipment.
  • Maintain and safeguard Tri-M equipment, material, tools, and vehicles.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Enrollment in an approved Apprenticeship Training Program.
  • Good mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
  • Valid CDL permit and good driving record.
  • Purchase and maintain company-required personal tools.
  • Ability to drive company vehicles and travel regionally.
  • Ability to stay away from home for up to two weeks, if needed.
