Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, clean, disinfect, and supply restrooms
  • Gather and empty trash
  • Clean incidental floor spills by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
  • Clean debris from building exterior grounds, including parking structures
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
  • Dust and disinfect doorknobs, common surfaces, furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
  • Utilize communication equipment to receive work orders
  • Learn and follow safety procedures and policy
  • Perform all other building maintenance duties according to property requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in janitorial, cleaning, property, or facilities maintenance
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the essential functions of the job

Location: Orange County, CA

Pay Range: $ to $ hourly depending on experience

Job Types: Various full-time and part-time positions

Schedules: Various day and night shifts
