Job Summary

The Facilities Worker II role is a critical position within our facilities department, responsible for performing a wide range of complex, semi-skilled, and basic skilled facilities installation, maintenance, repair, and renovation work on buildings, hardscapes, vehicles, and structures. This position requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of facilities installation, maintenance, repair, and renovation work on buildings, hardscapes, vehicles, and structures.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to ensure the longevity of our facilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to students, faculty, and staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance and repair principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $52,000 - $63,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
