Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Pennsylvania. As a Pediatric LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our clients, providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments to identify care needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapy as ordered by physicians
  • Train and educate family members on care techniques and provide ongoing support
  • Communicate effectively with other members of the client's healthcare team
  • Manage supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and maintenance
  • Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in good standing in Pennsylvania
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum one year clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Pediatrics experience is a plus, but not required (industry-leading training available through BAYADA)
