Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team at Ciocca Collision of Philadelphia. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Perform OEM-guided repairs per estimate, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Replace damaged body parts, including bumpers, fenders, hoods, and trim, using advanced techniques and tools.
  • Realign car frames and repair structural damage, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective problem-solving.
  • Follow safety procedures when working with tools and equipment, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • I-Car certifications are preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience/training as an automotive technician is necessary.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a valid driver's license are essential.
