SALMON Health and Retirement seeks an experienced Nutrition Coordinator to join its team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that residents receive high-quality nutrition care that meets their unique needs.

About Our Residents
Our residents are the heart of what we do. They come from diverse backgrounds and have varying levels of health needs. As a Nutrition Coordinator, you'll work closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams to deliver personalized care that enhances their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough nutrition assessments to identify individualized care needs
- Develop and implement tailored care plans that address specific dietary requirements and preferences
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and consistent application of nutrition best practices
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and trends in nutrition care, applying evidence-based practices to improve resident outcomes.

What We Offer
In addition to a competitive salary of $68,000 - $85,000 per year, we provide generous benefits, including tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, and paid time off.
