Job Summary:

As a Freight Handler at Walmart, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of freight and maintaining a smooth supply chain process. Your responsibilities will include inspecting freight for damage or misplacement, clearing jams in the conveyor system, and fulfilling store orders through various methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect freight for damage or misplacement and clear jams in the conveyor system
  • Fulfill store orders through pick-to-light, put-to-light, RF gun, or voice pick system
  • Verify display for pack and quantity, place labels in appropriate areas, and place freight into designated containers
  • Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
