Senior Commercial Market Executive

The Middlefield Banking Company is a leading commercial bank and LPL Financial brokerage headquartered in Middlefield, Ohio. With 16 branches serving various communities, we offer a wide range of financial services to individuals and businesses.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Market Executive to join our Commercial Lending Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our largest portfolio, assisting lenders with complex loans, and providing leadership for the organization.

• Manage the bank's largest portfolio, ensuring timely and profitable loan growth.
• Assist lenders with major and complex loans, providing guidance and support to ensure successful loan outcomes.
• Provide leadership for the organization, mentoring and training staff to ensure lending activities are moving in the right direction.
• Contribute to the overall profitability of the bank by setting and implementing business development goals for the department.
• Implement cost controls and monitor expenses to ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Ten years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in lending, credit, and business development.
• Excellent mathematical skills, with the ability to work with complex financial concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, senior management, and the board.
