**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide professional nursing services under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) in compliance with state regulations.
* Deliver skilled nursing interventions for patient/clients' needs and preventive care.
* Confer with the RN Supervisor regarding changes in the Plan of Treatment and accept verbal orders from physicians where permitted by law.
* Maintain contact with patients, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team in a timely manner regarding patient/family needs and status changes.

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
* Current nursing license in the practicing state, current CPR certification, and two years of experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinical setting.
