Job Summary

We are seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. As a key member of our management team, you will provide team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis
  • Assist management team in providing team member support and coaching
  • Ensure tasks are performed effectively to meet customer expectations
  • Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
  • Meet safety and sanitation standards
  • Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations

Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
  • Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
  • Fluent in English
  • Must have weekend availability
