Line Cook

Cabot Citrus Farms is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that delight our guests.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation specifications.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients for service.
• Monitor and maintain food quality, ensuring dishes meet taste and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and service during peak hours.

• Minimum one year of experience in a culinary position or a culinary arts degree is required.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude, as well as a desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills.
• A passion for food with exceptional work ethic and dedication.
• Commitment to abide by all occupational health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of and compliance with all Fire Safety Plans and Regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Working in a hot, intense kitchen producing a significant volume of food.
• Regular exposure to high temperatures from being outside, ovens, stovetops, and grills, particularly during peak service times.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive motions.
• Strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) like gloves and aprons.
