About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Geriatric and Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pennsylvania. This is a unique opportunity to work with older adults in nursing homes in the Pittsburgh area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to older adults in nursing homes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania NP license
- Ability to obtain DEA licensure/Prescriptive Authority
- Monday-Friday schedule with 8 working daylight hours
- On-call schedule (not every week)
