We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our team at Ally Behavior Centers. As an early intervention specialist, you will play a critical role in helping young children with autism reach their full potential.

About the Role

This salaried, full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 annually, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development.

As an occupational therapist at Ally Behavior Centers, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality therapy services to children aged 18 months to 6 years with autism. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary teams, including speech language pathologists and board-certified behavior analysts, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs.

Your expertise will enable you to help children improve their communication skills, social interactions, and overall quality of life. You will also contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork among our staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to children aged 18 months to 6 years with autism
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in consultation with interdisciplinary teams
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions between home and therapy settings
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and program outcomes
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensing for location(s) of practice required
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of OT principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
