We are looking for an experienced Enterprise IT Solutions Engineer to join our team at Worldwide TechServices. As an Enterprise IT Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering enterprise-level IT solutions to our clients, including complex technical support and repair activities.

About the Job:
The Enterprise IT Solutions Engineer will work closely with our clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of relevant experience and be proficient in hardware technology and configurations.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver enterprise-level IT solutions to clients, including complex technical support and repair activities* Collaborate with end-users to understand their technical needs and provide solutions* Troubleshoot complex technical issues using technical documentation and problem-solving skills* Perform repairs on technology-based products, including PC's, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers* Respond to change management requests and install new PC equipment as needed* Meet established customer service satisfaction levels and other operational/customer service metrics as outlined in guidelines* Display outstanding technical and professional services skills at all times

Requirements:
* Technical school certification or equivalent of 4-7 years of relevant experience* Proficient in hardware technology and configurations* Proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook* Microsoft Office 365 preferred* ITIL knowledge* Knowledge of ticketing systems* Experience using Active directory* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills* Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills* Ability to be on stand-by as required* Ability to lift and move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs

This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
