Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver - Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current, valid state certification as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Minimum one year of documented healthcare experience
  • Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, with varied assistance depending on client mobility
