Job Summary

Acestack Limited Liability Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist-Traveler to join our team. As a Medical Technologist-Traveler, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including blood draws, urinalyses, and other diagnostic tests.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and other specialized instruments.
  • Analyze test results and report findings to healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Completion of a formal training program in medical technology or a related field.
  • Registration as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) with a recognized professional organization.
  • 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • BLS certification.
  • Covid-19 vaccination card.
Work Environment

This is a contract position with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. The schedule will be varied, with 12-hour shifts. The work location will be on the road, with travel to various healthcare facilities.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $45.00 per hour.
