- Schedule the initial service appointment for customers.
- Follow up on post-delivery items, including title work and special requests, to meet customer expectations.
- Review and assess daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance to optimize time management and planning.
- Attend regular sales meetings.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience

Mathematical Skills

- Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions in various formats. Capable of addressing problems involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to solve practical issues and manage a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
