We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Alliance Beverage Distributing. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our products and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Placement: Ensure that our products are properly stocked, rotated, and faced at assigned accounts.
- Inventory Management: Consolidate and organize products in backstock areas to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
- Display Creation: Collaborate with Sales Representatives to design and build visually appealing displays that showcase our products.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure proper levels of product and prevent stockouts.
- Lifting and Bending: Repeatedly lift and bend to stock and rotate products, including cases weighing up to 50lbs.

- Self-Directed: Although you are a part of a bigger team, you will be working independently.
- Customer Service Skills: Our Merchandising Specialists must communicate effectively with customers and other employees.
