Crew Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Crew Member to join our team at Blake's Lotaburger. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food to our guests, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals, including maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring efficient service.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.

• Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively with others, building positive relationships and contributing to a positive team culture.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a quick service restaurant or food service environment.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
