About the Job

OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Ambulatory Care to join our team. As a travel nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week assignment with a 40-hour workweek, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Ambulatory Care Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing medical screenings, triage, and case management to patients with chronic injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical screenings and triage to patients in ambulatory care settings
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct patient education and health promotion activities to empower patients to manage their health
  • Document patient information and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of New Hampshire
  • At least 1 year of experience in ambulatory care nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
