Merchandising Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for driving to customer locations, meeting with customers, and placing merchandise in display areas according to set plan-o-grams. You will also assess customer sales and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Service assigned stores as scheduled daily, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every square foot of the store is properly set according to plan.
- Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotating, and product and shelf cleaning at our customer locations.
- Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales and/or Sales Manager when required.
- Maintain safe store aisles and perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance and a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated, self-starter, and detail-oriented with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and lift products weighing from 5-25 lbs.
