- Regulatory Compliance: Work cross-functionally to stay within federal, state, local, auditing body, and company standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing is required.
- Bachelor's degree in operations, engineering, business, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, database management, spreadsheet creation, email, and internet.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to food manufacturing, warehousing, and GMPs is necessary.
- Oversee a team of hourly employees, providing constructive and timely feedback to improve performance.
- Prolonged periods of working on the production floor.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Salary range = $90,000 - $100,000 annually.
- Position qualifies for full-time benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k.
- Travel between company facilities within the Sacramento, CA area is required.
