We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Augusta Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their maximum potential and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients across the lifespan, including children, adults, and older adults.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Develop and implement lymphedema treatment plans for patients, including certification and training.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Lymphedema certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification.
