Financial Systems Analyst

The Muscogee Nation is seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the Office of Treasury, this individual will be responsible for developing, managing, testing, and documenting the system, application, and data requirements for the MCN Office of Treasury.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business and financial data to provide direction in process analysis, configuration, and implementation of procedures within the finance functional areas.
• Develop financial plans and reports for organizational leaders, analyzing trends and making recommendations based on those trends.
• Ensure proper business and technical documentation is written in support of new or existing processes.

Requirements:
• Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with four to eight years of work experience.
• Valid Oklahoma Driver's License.

Preferred Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Analytics.
• Proven technical writing skills.
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Auditing Standards, and methods of systems analysis and big data analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Muscogee (Creek) and Indian Preference.
