Program OverviewThe Nurse Residency Pathway at Christus Health is a nationally recognized, evidence-based program that offers a one-year learning experience. Our program is designed to provide new graduate nurses with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a comprehensive orientation program to learn about our hospital's policies, procedures, and culture.
- Work closely with experienced nurses and mentors to develop clinical skills and knowledge.
- Engage in interactive classes and skills labs to enhance educational foundation.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment to provide exceptional patient care.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- GN Permit or Texas RN Licensure
- BLS certification required
