Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician.
- Administers medications and monitors the effects of medications taken by clients.
- Provides a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for clients and their families.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate client treatment plans.
- Provides education to clients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and wellness/healthy lifestyle choices.
- Assists with client transportation to appointments and groups, as needed.
Requirements:
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operations.
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
