Job Title: Supervisor/Operator

At Diversified Maintenance-RWS, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor/Operator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our employees engaged in cleaning and maintaining commercial, industrial, and medical establishments.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor/Operator will oversee the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. This includes assigning tasks to workers, inspecting completed work, and resolving any issues that may arise. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supervision and floor care, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign tasks to workers and inspect completed work for conformance to standards
  • Oversee floor and carpet care employees
  • Issue supplies and equipment
  • Resolve workers' problems or refer matters to Manager
  • Perform duties of workers supervised
  • Directly supervise 2 to 50 employees
  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
  • Plan, assign, and direct work
  • Appraise employee performance
  • Address customer complaints and resolve problems

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two years of experience in supervision and floor care
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation to ensure consistent dependability
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
