POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional service and showcasing enthusiasm for our brand. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you will guide a team dedicated to achieving outstanding sales performance. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment, talent development, and performance management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Engagement
  • Spearhead initiatives to welcome and assist every customer, providing real-time coaching to team members.
  • Foster an in-depth understanding of products and promotions among associates to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to align decisions with brand standards and customer service expectations, linking store objectives to broader business goals.
  • Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the store, swiftly addressing and resolving customer concerns.
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee merchandising execution, adapting based on sales performance and working with the Store Manager on new product displays.
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures, providing loss prevention training and encouraging associates to maintain vigilance.
  • Develop and manage schedules to align with payroll strategies and budgetary goals; assist in monitoring expenses and inventory levels.
  • Contribute to business analysis and strategic planning, sharing insights and customer feedback with the Store Manager.
Team Development
  • Attract and onboard top talent to cultivate a high-performing team; assess current team members and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
  • Inspire and motivate associates to meet sales targets and uphold brand standards; exemplify expectations, recognize exceptional performance, and support the growth of team members.
  • Exhibit pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers; interact with both customers and team members in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Embrace diversity and foster collaboration; build relationships and seek feedback for ongoing personal development.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management is required.
  • A Bachelor's or Associate degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts; occasional travel may be necessary.
  • Strong communication and time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.
