We are in search of a Reliability Engineer to enhance our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in formulating and refining asset management strategies, performing thorough root cause analyses of operational setbacks, and ensuring enhanced asset reliability. You will work closely with the client's reliability team to prioritize initiatives aimed at improving operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engineering support on various projects
- Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis teams
- Examine mechanical failures and propose corrective measures
- Lead Failure Modes and Effects Analysis initiatives
- Maintain expertise in vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication techniques
- Create work packages to support execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineering registration is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in reliability engineering
- Strong communication abilities
- Fundamental understanding of industry standards
- Capability to operate in a safety-focused environment
- Self-driven and capable of independent work
- Physically fit to navigate industrial settings
