Compounding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compounding Specialist to join our team at Coloplast. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality products while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

• Manufacture products according to company standards and cGMP guidelines
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including power tools and hand tools
• Accurately weigh and compound products, ensuring quality and consistency
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation, including cleaning logs and quality control records
• Collaborate with production team members to ensure timely and efficient production
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and quality

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• ERP experience with Enterprise One preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand, kneel, or squat for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
