Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team at St. Luke's University Health Network. As a Registered Nurse in our Acute Care unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Perform in-depth assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to prioritize patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current RN licensure in the State of Pennsylvania or New Jersey
- Minimum of one year of experience in Acute Care nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
