Job Description

About the Role:

A Head for Profits is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Draft Beer Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our draft beer equipment at bars, restaurants, and breweries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain draft beer equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, including bar owners, managers, and staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as draft beer equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Strong technical skills, including mechanical aptitude and knowledge of draft beer systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
