Job Overview

As a key member of the Tim Ring - State Farm Agent team, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in the conversion of leads into long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Product and Service Marketing: Utilize your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients, identify their needs, and market relevant products and services that maximize value.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the agent and other team members to establish and meet marketing goals, ensuring a cohesive and successful sales approach.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role, retail sales associate, or telemarketing environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance products and industry trends, with a Property & Casualty license.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to effectively relate to customers, communicate complex information, and build strong relationships.
